About the App
The best way to see what a skylight in your living room would look like is to, well, see a skylight in your living room. But you can hardly test drive a skylight, right? That's the idea behind the VELUX Visualizer App: to let you try out skylights so you can see what having them would be like.
With VELUX Skylights AR, you can reimagine any room with skylights. Using your phone's camera, this augmented reality app allows you to add, customize, and explore VELUX skylights in real time. You can even save the results and share images from the app with your installer. Speaking of installers: you can contact one in your area right there in the app.
How it Works
The VELUX Visualizer App is free to install and simple to use. In three easy steps, you'll see exactly what skylights would look like in your room.
Step One: Choose Your Skylight
Browse our range of skylight products — are you the solar-powered skylight type or are you more of a fixed person? Determine which model best suits your space.
Step Two: Place Your Skylight
Using AR, the app automatically detects your ceiling's orientation and dimensions, then places your skylight in perspective.
Step Three: Configure Your Skylight
Now the sky's the limit! Try out different configurations, explore our library of colorful blinds, and even simulate day or night.
